Chicken Kuruma

INGREDIENTS :
  • Chicken                      - 1/2 kg
  • Potato                         - 3
  • Onion small                - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato                       -1
  • Ginger garlic paste    - 2 tsp
  • Grated coconut          - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilly               - 4
  • Turmeric powder       - 1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder         - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the chicken.
  • Cut chicken, potato and tomato into small pieces.
  • Grind coconut and green chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato, and ginger garlic paste.
  • Add all powders, ground items, potato, chicken and salt. Mix well.
  • Allow it to boil for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
