Chicken Kuruma
INGREDIENTS :
- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Potato - 3
- Onion small - 1/4 cup
- Tomato -1
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly - 4
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaf
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Clean the chicken.
- Cut chicken, potato and tomato into small pieces.
- Grind coconut and green chilly.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato, and ginger garlic paste.
- Add all powders, ground items, potato, chicken and salt. Mix well.
- Allow it to boil for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
