Banana Custard

INGREDIENTS :
  • Banana            - 2
  • Custard powder  - 2 tsp
  • Milk                    - 3/4 cup
  • Sugar                  -  1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
  • Pista, Badam, Cashew, Grapes  1 spoon ( crushed )
METHOD :
  • Cut banana into small pieces.
  • Dissolve custard powder in little water.
  • Boil the milk on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Add dilute custard powder and sugar. Mix well.
  • Cook until it becomes thick. Then add banana pieces. Remove from fire.
  • Add essence and crushed nuts.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
