Ridge Gourd

INGREDIENTS :
  • Ridge Gourd            -- 1/2 cup
  • Onion small              -  6
  • Grated coconut        - 4 spoon
  • Cumin                       - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry red chily powder - 2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder       - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard                     - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Peel outer skin and cut ridge gourd into small pieces.
  • Grind cumin and coconut.
  • Heat oil add mustard, chopped onion and curry leaf.
  • Add ridge gourd, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  • Add ground items and salt.
  • Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
