- Ridge Gourd -- 1/2 cup
- Onion small - 6
- Grated coconut - 4 spoon
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Dry red chily powder - 2 spoon
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaf
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Peel outer skin and cut ridge gourd into small pieces.
- Grind cumin and coconut.
- Heat oil add mustard, chopped onion and curry leaf.
- Add ridge gourd, red chilly powder and turmeric powder.
- Add ground items and salt.
- Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
