- Raw rice flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Cardamon powder - 1 tsp
- Take a bowl add rice flour, sugar, grated coconut, cardamon and water. Mix well.
- Take the flour and make them kolukattai shape.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Kolukattai is ready.
