- Raw mango - 3
- Mustard powder - 3 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 4tsp
- Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 15 flakes
- Salt as required
- Gingelly oil as required
- Cut mango into small pieces.
- Take a bowl add mango pieces and salt. Mix well.
- Keep aside for 5 hours.
- Heat gingelly oil add garlic flakes and all powders.
- Add mango and mix well.
