Mango Pickle

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw mango              - 3
  • Mustard powder      - 3 tsp
  • Red chilly powder    - 4tsp
  • Fenugreek powder   - 1 tsp
  • Garlic                        - 15 flakes
  • Salt as required
  • Gingelly oil as required
METHOD :
  • Cut mango into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl add mango pieces and salt. Mix well.
  • Keep aside for 5 hours.
  • Heat gingelly oil add garlic flakes and all powders.
  • Add mango and mix well.
