- Garlic - 1/4 kg
- Lime juice - 6 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Mustard powder - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Asafotida - 1/4 tsp
- Jaggery - 3 tsp
- Salt as required
- Gingelly oil as required.
- Peeled outer skin and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil add garlic and fry well.
- Add all powders, asafotida and salt. Mix well.
- Add lime juice, and jaggery.
- Keep it in stove for 5 - 10 minutes.
