- Beet root - 2
- Onion small - 7
- Channa dal - 1 spoon
- Green chilly - 2
- Grated coconut - 2 spoon
- Curry leaf - few
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Peel outer skin and cut beet root into small pieces.
- Cook beet root well.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, channa dal, green chilly and curry leaf.
- Add beet root, and salt. fry well.
- Add grated coconut and mix well.
- Beet root poriyal is ready.
