- Kanava fish - 1/2 kg
- Ginger &garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Clean the fish and cut into small pieces.
- Take a bowl add kanava fish, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, salt, corn flour and ginger & garlic paste.
- Mix well. Keep a side for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil add fish and fry well.
