Kanava Fish Fry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Kanava fish                  - 1/2 kg
  • Ginger &garlic paste   - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder          - 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilly powder         - 2 tsp
  • Corn flour                      - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice                      - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the fish and cut into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl add kanava fish, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, salt, corn flour and ginger & garlic paste.
  • Mix well. Keep a side for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil add fish and fry well.
