- Mint - 1 bunch ( Chopped )
- Coriander leaf - 1 bunch "
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Onion small - 10
- Green chilly - 3
- Aniseed - 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Take a bowl add gram flour, coriander leaf, mint leaf, Ginger, chopped onion, green chilly, aniseed, and salt.
- mix well with little water.
- Heat oil add roughly make small fritters and deep fry in oil.
