Mint - Coriander Leaf Pakoda

INGREDIENTS :
  • Mint                        - 1 bunch ( Chopped )
  • Coriander leaf        - 1 bunch        "
  • Gram flour              - 1 cup
  • Ginger                     - 1 small piece
  • Onion small             - 10
  • Green chilly            - 3
  • Aniseed                   - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add gram flour, coriander leaf, mint leaf, Ginger, chopped onion, green chilly, aniseed, and salt.
  • mix well with little water.
  • Heat oil add roughly make small fritters and deep fry in oil.
