- Lady's finger - 1/4 kg
- Gram flour - 1 1/4 cup
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Asafotida - 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry.
- Cut lady's finger into small pieces.
- Take a bowl add lady's finger, gram flour, Chilly powder. asafitida and salt.
- Mix well with little water.
- Heat oil add lady's finger and fry well.
