Lady's Finger Pakoda

INGREDIENTS :
  • Lady's finger               - 1/4 kg
  • Gram flour                   - 1 1/4 cup
  • Red chilly powder       - 1 tsp
  • Asafotida                     - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry.
METHOD :
  • Cut lady's finger into small pieces.
  • Take a bowl add lady's finger, gram flour, Chilly powder. asafitida and salt.
  • Mix well with little water.
  • Heat oil add lady's finger and fry well.
