- Raw banana - 2
- Onion small - 10
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- Grated coconut - 2 spoon
- Green chilly - 2
- Curry leaf - few
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Cook raw banana. Peel outer skin and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard, urad dal, green chilly and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Add raw banana and salt.
- Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
- Banana poriyal is ready.
