- Green peas - 1/4 kg or Butter beans
- Onion Bellla - 2
- Dry red chilly - 2
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaf - few
- Coriander leaf - few
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Cook peas well.
- Grind onion bella (1), dry red chilly, and cumin seeds.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, Mustard, urad dal, and curry leaf.
- Add peas, salt and ground items. stir well.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
