Bitter Gourd Poriyal - 1

INGREDIENTS :
  • Bitter Gourd        - 1/4 kg
  • Grated coconut    - 5 spoon
  • Dry red chilly      - 2
  • Cumin                  - 1/2 tsp
  • Small Onion         - 10 - 15
  • Mustard               - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal               - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin and dry red chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard seed, urad dal and curry leaf.
  • Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
  • Add ground items and stir well.
  • Add little water allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  • Bitter gourd poriyal is ready.
