Bitter Gourd Poriyal - 1
INGREDIENTS :
- Bitter Gourd - 1/4 kg
- Grated coconut - 5 spoon
- Dry red chilly - 2
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Small Onion - 10 - 15
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaf - few
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
METHOD :
- Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
- Grind grated coconut, cumin and dry red chilly.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, mustard seed, urad dal and curry leaf.
- Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
- Add ground items and stir well.
- Add little water allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Bitter gourd poriyal is ready.
