Mutton Fry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Mutton              - 1/2 kg
  • Onion                 - 1/4 cup
  • Dry red chilly    - 15 pieces
  • Grated coconut - 3 spoon
  • Mustard seed    - 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal             - 1/4 tsp
  • Channa dal         - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cook mutton in a pressure cooker and strain the water.
  • Heat oil add Chopped onion, mustard seed, dry red chilly and curry leaf. Fry well.
  • Add channa dal and urad dal.
  • Add mutton and salt.Fry well.
  • Finally add grated coconut with it and mix well.
  • Mutton fry is ready.
