Pepper Prawn

INGREDIENTS :
  • Prawn                  - 1/2 kg
  • Onion                  - 1/2 cup
  • Tomato               - 1
  • Pepper powder   - 4 - 5 spoon
  • Lime juice           - 1 spoon
  • Aniseed powder  - 1/4 tsp
  • Clove                   - 1
  • Cardamom          - 2
  • Cinnamon            - 1
  • Ginger & garlic paste - 1 spoon
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Clean the prawn well.
  • Heat a pan add clove, cinnamon, and cardamom. Fry well.
  • Grind the fried items.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato, and ginger & garlic paste.
  • Add Aniseed powder, pepper powder, and ground items.
  • Add prawn, lime juice,salt, and little water. Stir well
  • Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
