- Snake gourd - 1 cup
- Channa dal - 2 spoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Small onion - 8 - 10
- Green chilly - 2
- Curry leaf - few
- Grated coconut - 2 spoon
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Cut snake gourd into small pieces.
- Cook snake gourd and channa dal.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds, green chilly, curry leaf and chopped onion. Fry well.
- Add snake gourd, channa dal and salt.
- Add grated coconut with it. Mix well.
- Snake gourd poriyal is ready.
