Chicken Grabi

INGREDIENTS :
  • Chicken            - 1/2 kg
  • Small onion       - 1/2 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste  - 1 tsp
  • Tomato               - 1
  • Clove                  - 2
  • Cardamom         - 2
  • Cinnamon           - 1 piece
  • Chicken masala  - 3 spoon
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion and fry well.
  • Add tomato, ginger & garlic paste, Clove, cinnamon, and cardamom. Stir well.
  • Add chicken pieces, Chicken masala and salt.
  • Add little water and allow it to boil for 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaf.
