Prawn Fry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Prawn               - 1/2 kg
  • Red chilly powder   -    2 - 3 spoon
  • Ginger & garlic paste  -  1 tsp
  • Salt and oil as required.
  • lime juice   - 1 spoon
METHOD :
  • Clean the prawn.
  • Take it in bowl, add red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Keep it for 30 minutes
  •  Heat oil and add prawn . fry well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
