- Prawn - 1/2 kg
- Red chilly powder - 2 - 3 spoon
- Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt and oil as required.
- lime juice - 1 spoon
- Clean the prawn.
- Take it in bowl, add red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
- Keep it for 30 minutes
- Heat oil and add prawn . fry well.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
