Kerala Fish Curry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Fish                 - 5 pieces
  • Tomato           - 1
  • Coconut milk  - 1/2 cup
  • Aniseed           - 1/4 tsp
  • Ginger             - 1 small piece
  • Onion              - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilly    - 3
  • Turmeric powder  - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf         - few
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oil & Salt as required
METHOD :
  • Clean the fish.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly, aniseed, and ginger. Fry well.
  • Add tomato, and turmeric powder.
  • Add fish, coconut milk and salt.
  • Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
  • Fish curry is ready.
