- Fish - 5 pieces
- Tomato - 1
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Aniseed - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Onion - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaf - few
- Coriander leaf
- Oil & Salt as required
- Clean the fish.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly, aniseed, and ginger. Fry well.
- Add tomato, and turmeric powder.
- Add fish, coconut milk and salt.
- Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaf.
- Fish curry is ready.
