Push Beans Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Beans                   - 1 cup
  • Onion small          - 8- 10
  • Mustard seed      - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Green chilly         - 2
  • Grated coconut    - 2 spoon
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut beans into small pieces.
  • Cook beans well.
  • Heat oil Add mustard seed, curry leaf, green chilly and chopped onion. Fry well.
  • Add beans and salt.
  • Add grated coconut with it. Mix well.
  • Push beans poriyal is ready.
