Lady's Finger Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  • Lady's finger              - 1 cup
  • Small onion                - 8 - 10
  • Mustard seeds          - 1/4 tsp
  • Dry red chilly            - 3
  • Curry leaf                  - few
  • Curd                          - 1 spoon
  • Grated coconut         - 2 spoon
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut lady's finger into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add mustard seeds, dry red chilly, curry leaf and chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
  • Add lady's finger, salt and curd. Fry well.
  • Finally add grated coconut with it. Mix well.
  • Lady's finger poriyal is ready.
