- Lady's finger - 1 cup
- Small onion - 8 - 10
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 3
- Curry leaf - few
- Curd - 1 spoon
- Grated coconut - 2 spoon
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Cut lady's finger into small pieces.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds, dry red chilly, curry leaf and chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
- Add lady's finger, salt and curd. Fry well.
- Finally add grated coconut with it. Mix well.
- Lady's finger poriyal is ready.
