Sura Puttu

INGREDIENTS :
  • Sura Fish               -  1/2 kg
  • Egg                        - 2
  • Aniseed                 - 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic                    - 4 flakes
  • Green chilly          - 4
  • Onion                    - 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric powder  - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Coriander leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Clean the fish.
  • Cook Fish well and remove the outer skin.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, Green chilly, Aniseed and garlic. Fry well.
  • Add Fish, egg, and curry leaf. Stir well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
  • Sura puttu is ready.
