Prawn Kootu

INGREDIENTS :
  • Prawn         - 1/2 kg
  • Onion         -  1/2 cup
  • Tomato      - 1
  • Red chilly powder     - 3 spoon
  • Garam masala powder  - 1 spoon
  • Aniseed powder            - 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder          - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder         - 1/2 spoon
  • Ginger & garlic paste   - 1 tsp
  • Lime juice                      - 1 spoon
  • Coriander leaf
  • Salt and oil as required
METHOD :
  • Clean the Prawn.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato and ginger Garlic paste. Fry well
  • Add all powders, prawn, lime juice,salt and little water.
  • Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
