- Cabbage - 1 cup
- Small onion - 8-10
- Moong dal - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly - 2
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Grated coconut - 2 spoon
- Curry leaf - few
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Heat oil add mustard seeds, green chilly, chopped onion, and curry leaf.
- Add moong dal and fry well.
- Add cabbage, salt and little water.
- Cook in medium heat.
- Mix grated coconut with it.
- Cabbage poriyal is ready.
