Brinjal Poriyal

INGREDIENTS :
  1. Brinjal                 - 5
  2. Small onion         - 8 - 10
  3. Mustard seeds   - 1/4 tsp
  4. Green chilly        - 2
  5. Curry leaf           - Few
  6. Grated coconut  - 2 spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for fry
METHOD :
  1. Cut brinjal into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil add mustard seed, curry leaf, Green chilly, and chopped onion. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Add brinjal, salt and little water.
  4. Close it with a lid. Cook in slow flame for 5 - 10 minutes.
  5. Finally add grated coconut with it. Mix well.
  6. Brinjal poriyal is ready.
