- Lime - 1 kg
- Green chilly - 10
- Asafotida - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 5 tsp
- Salt as required
- Gingelly oil as required
- Cut lime into small pieces.
- Take a jar put lime, green chilly and salt. Mix well.
- Keep aside for 5 - 6 days. Till the lime becomes tender.
- Heat oil add mustard, fenugreek, asafotida and red chily powder.
- Add lime and mix well.
