Lime Pickle

INGREDIENTS :
  • Lime                        - 1 kg
  • Green chilly            - 10
  • Asafotida                - 1 tsp
  • Mustard                 - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek             - 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder - 5 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Gingelly oil as required
METHOD :
  • Cut lime into small pieces.
  • Take a jar put lime, green chilly and salt. Mix well.
  • Keep aside for 5 - 6 days. Till the lime becomes tender.
  • Heat oil add mustard, fenugreek, asafotida and red chily powder.
  • Add lime and mix well.
