Nithili Fish Curry ( Kulampu )

INGREDIENTS :
  • Nethili fish                    -  1 cup
  • Onion small                   - 1/4 cup
  • Tomato                          - 1
  • Green chilly                  - 2
  • Coconut milk                - 1 cup
  • Red chilly powder        - 2 spoon
  • Coriander powder        - 1 1/2 spoon
  • Turmeric powder         - 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind extract         - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic flakes                - 6
  • Mustard                       - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Clean the fish.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly, mustard, and garlic.
  • Add tomato and salt. Fry well.
  • Add all powders, coconut milk, and tamarind extract.
  • Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
  • Add nethili fish . allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
