Mutton Arai Keerai Kaima
INGREDIENTS :
- Mutton - 200 g
- Arai keerai - 1 bunch ( chopped)
- Onion small - 200 g
- Tomato - 250 g
- Green chilly - 10 g
- Aniseed - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Ginger& garlic paste - 3 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 100 ml
- Salt to taste.
METHOD :
- Cut mutton into small pieces.
- Heat oil add aniseed, garam masala, and onion. fry well.
- Add tomato, green chilly and ginger &garlic paste.
- Add mutton and all powders.Mix well.
- Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
- Add keerai and salt. Mix well.
- Again allow it boil for 15 minutes.
- Mutton keerai kaima is ready.
