Mutton Arai Keerai Kaima

INGREDIENTS :
  • Mutton                      - 200 g
  • Arai keerai               - 1 bunch ( chopped)
  • Onion small              - 200 g
  • Tomato                     - 250 g
  • Green chilly              - 10 g
  • Aniseed                     - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala          - 1 tsp
  • Ginger& garlic paste - 3 tsp
  • Red chilly powder      - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder      - 3 tsp
  • Turmeric powder       - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil                              - 100 ml
  • Salt to taste.
METHOD :
  • Cut mutton into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add aniseed, garam masala, and onion. fry well.
  • Add tomato, green chilly and ginger &garlic paste.
  • Add mutton and all powders.Mix well.
  • Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
  • Add keerai and salt. Mix well.
  • Again allow it boil for 15 minutes.
  • Mutton keerai kaima is ready.
