Onion Bhaji

INGREDIENTS :
  • Onion bella                       - 3 ( peeled and slice very thin )
  • Gram flour                        - 1 cup
  • Raw rice flour                  - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder            - 1 tsp
  • Cumin                               - 1/2 tsp
  • Cooking soda                   - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add all flours, red chilly powder, cumin, cooking soda and salt.
  • Mix well with water.
  • Make a thick paste.
  • Dip onion slice to the mixture.
  • Heat oil and fry well.
