- Onion bella - 3 ( peeled and slice very thin )
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Raw rice flour - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Cooking soda - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Take a bowl add all flours, red chilly powder, cumin, cooking soda and salt.
- Mix well with water.
- Make a thick paste.
- Dip onion slice to the mixture.
- Heat oil and fry well.
