Bitter Gourd Poriyal - 2

NGREDIENTS :
  • Bitter gourd         - 1/4 kg
  • Small onion          - 10 - 15
  • Green chilly         - 2
  • Grated coconut    - 4 spoon
  • Curry leaf            - few
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaf.
  • Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
  • Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
