- Bitter gourd - 1/4 kg
- Small onion - 10 - 15
- Green chilly - 2
- Grated coconut - 4 spoon
- Curry leaf - few
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
- Cut bitter gourd into small pieces.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, green chilly and curry leaf.
- Add bitter gourd and salt. Fry well.
- Finally add grated coconut and mix well.
