Avial

INGREDIENTS :
  • Carrot           - 1
  • Potato           - 1
  • Brinjal           - 1
  • Drum stick   - 1
  • Raw banana  - 1/2
  • Yam               - 6 pieces
  • Curd              - 1 spoon
  • Onion small  - 8
  • Grated coconut - 3 spoon
  • Cumin               - 1/4 tsp
  • Green chilly     - 2
  • Curry leaf few
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Cut all vegetables into small pieces and cook well.
  • Grind grated coconut, cumin and green chilly.
  • Heat oil add chopped onion, curry leaf.
  • Add all vegetables, ground items and salt.
  • Finally add curd and mix well.
  • Avial is ready.
