- Potato - 2
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Maida flour - 1 tsp
- Asafotida - 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cooking soda - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Wash and peel the potato. slice very thin.
- Take a bowl add all flours, red chilly powder, asafotida, cooking powder, and salt.
- Mix well with water.
- Make a thick paste.
- Dip potato slice to the mixture.
- Heat oil and fry well.
