Potato Bhaji

INGREDIENTS :
  • Potato                          - 2
  • Gram flour                  - 1 cup
  • Maida flour                 - 1 tsp
  • Asafotida                     - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder         - 1 tsp
  • Cooking soda               - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
  METHOD :
  • Wash and peel the potato. slice very thin.
  • Take a bowl add all flours, red chilly powder, asafotida, cooking powder, and salt.
  • Mix well with water.
  • Make a thick paste.
  • Dip potato slice to the mixture.
  • Heat oil and fry well.
