Methu Pakoda

INGREDIENTS ;
  • Gram flour                - 1 cup
  • Raw rice flour           - 1 cup
  • Butter                        - 1/2 cup
  • Red chilly powder      - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add butter, all flours, red chilly powder, and salt .
  • Mix well.
  • Heat oil add roughly make small fritters and deep fry in oil.
