Fruit Jelly

INGREDIENTS :
  • Sugar                         - 2 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable gelatine   - 50 g
  • Food color                 - 1/4 tsp
  • Fruits essence          - 1/4 tsp
METHOD :
  • Soak vegetable gelatine for 10 minutes in warm water.
  • Take a bowl add sugar and water. Boil well.
  • Then add gelatine. Allow it to boil for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Add food color & fruits essence. Mix well. Remove from fire.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 6 hours.
