- Sugar - 2 1/2 cup
- Vegetable gelatine - 50 g
- Food color - 1/4 tsp
- Fruits essence - 1/4 tsp
- Soak vegetable gelatine for 10 minutes in warm water.
- Take a bowl add sugar and water. Boil well.
- Then add gelatine. Allow it to boil for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Add food color & fruits essence. Mix well. Remove from fire.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 6 hours.
