- Raw rice flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Moong dal - 5 spoon
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Cardamon - 5
- Heat a pan add moong dal and fry well.
- Take a bowl add raw rice flour, sugar, moong dal, grated coconut and cardamon powder.Mix well.
- Take the rice flour and make them kolukattai shape.
- Use the idly plate and align the kolukattai into the cooker.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Kolukattai is ready.
