Moong Dal Kolukattai

INGREDIENTS :
  • Raw rice flour        - 1 cup
  • Sugar                      - 3/4 cup
  • Moong dal              - 5 spoon
  • Grated coconut      - 1/4 cup
  • Cardamon              - 5
METHOD :
  • Heat a pan add moong dal and fry well.
  • Take a bowl add raw rice flour, sugar, moong dal, grated coconut and cardamon powder.Mix well.
  • Take the rice flour and make them kolukattai shape.
  • Use the idly plate and align the kolukattai into the cooker.
  • Steam for 10 minutes.
  • Kolukattai is ready.
