Finger Fish Fry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Vanjaram fish             - 1/2 kg ( boneless )
  • Lime juice                   -  1 tsp
  • Pepper powder           - 3 tsp
  • Egg                              - 1
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Cut fish in finger size.
  • Take a bowl add fish, lime juice, pepper powder,  and salt. Mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Beaten the egg. Dip the fish to the egg and roll it in the bread crumbs.
  • Heat oil and fry well.
