- Vanjaram fish - 1/2 kg ( boneless )
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Bread crumbs as required
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Cut fish in finger size.
- Take a bowl add fish, lime juice, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Beaten the egg. Dip the fish to the egg and roll it in the bread crumbs.
- Heat oil and fry well.
