Kerala Prawn Curry

INGREDIENTS :
  • Prawn                           - 250 g
  • Coconut  Milk             - 1
  • Onion small                 - 100 g
  • Tomato                        - 1
  • Ginger                         - 10 g
  • Lemon                         - 1 small
  • Garlic                          - 5 flakes
  • Salt                              - 2 tap
  • Coconut oil as required
  • Green chilly                - 5
METHOD :
  • Clean the prawn.
  • Take a bowl, add prawn and lemon juice mix well. keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Grind ginger and garlic .
  • Heat oil add onion, chilly, ground items, and tomato. Fry well.
  • Add prawn, salt and coconut milk.
  • Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaf.
