INGREDIENTS :
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 150 g
- Tomato - 100 g
- Green chilly - 4
- Tamarind - lemon size
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander - 5 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 8
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Tuvar dal - 3 tsp
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Clean the fish.
- Grind coriander, red chilly, cumin, pepper, tuvar dal and coconut.
- Heat oil add onion, tomato, curry leaf and chilly.
- Add ground items, tamarind extract, and turmeric powder.
- Add fish and salt. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
