INGREDIENTS :
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 150 g
- Tomato - 150 g
- Red chilly powder - 2
- Coriander powder - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind - lemon size
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp
- Dry red chilly - 4
- Curry leaf
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Soak tamarind for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil add mustard, fenugreek, curry leaf and dry red chilly.
- Add tomato and onion. Fry well.
- Add all powders and tamarind extract .
- Add fish and salt. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
