Egg Masala

INGREDIENTS :
  • Egg                  - 4
  • Onion               - 150 g
  • Tomato            - 100 g
  • Green chilly    - 4
  • Milk                - 4 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Heat oil add onion, tomato, chilly and curry leaf. Fry well.
  • Beet the egg  well then add and mix well.
  • Add pepper powder, Milk and salt.
  • Fry well.
