INGREDIENTS :
- Fish - 1/2 kg
- Curd - 1 cup
- Cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly - 4
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaf
- Oil for fry ( Coconut oil )
- Grind coconut, chilly and cumin.
- Heat oil add cumin, curry leaf, and ground items.
- Add fish and mix well.
- Finally add salt and curd .
- Fish avial is ready.
