Fish - Side dish

INGREDIENTS :
  • Fish                            - 1/2 kg
  • Onion                         - 200 g
  • Tomato                      - 50 g
  • Green chilly               - 4
  • Garlic                         - 4
  • Coconut milk             - 2 cup
  • Turmeric powder       - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin                         - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry ( coconut oil )
  • Curry leaf
METHOD :
  • Clean the fish . Add turmeric powder and salt. Mix well . Keep a side for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil add onion, tomato, curryleaf, garlic, chilly and cumin. Fry well.
  • Add fish and mix well.
  • Add coconut milk and salt. Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
