INGREDIENTS :
- Egg - 4 (boiled )
- Onion - 100 g
- Dry red chilly - 8
- Garlic - 4 (chopped )
- Ginger - small piece (chopped )
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Peel and cut boiled egg in two halves.
- Heat oil add onion, red chily, ginger and garlic. Fry well.
- Add egg and salt. Mix well.
