INGREDIENTS :
- Mutton              - 1/2 kg
- Onion                 - 1/4 cup
- Dry red chilly    - 15 pieces
- Grated coconut - 3 spoon
- Mustard seed    - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal             - 1/4 tsp
- Channa dal         - 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaf
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
METHOD :- Cook mutton in a pressure cooker and strain the water.
- Heat oil add Chopped onion, mustard seed, dry red chilly and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Add channa dal and urad dal.
- Add mutton and salt.Fry well.
- Finally add grated coconut with it and mix well.
- Mutton fry is ready.

METHOD :- Clean the fish.
- Cook Fish well and remove the outer skin.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, Green chilly, Aniseed and garlic. Fry well.
- Add Fish, egg, and curry leaf. Stir well.

- Heat oil add chopped onion, tomato and ginger Garlic paste. Fry well
- Add all powders, prawn, lime juice,salt and little water.
- Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.

- Take it in bowl, add red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
- Keep it for 30 minutes
-  Heat oil and add prawn . fry well.

- Asafoetida                - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds        - 1/4 tsp
- Small onion              - 1/4 cup
- Curry leaf                - few
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
METHOD :- Cook tuvar dal in pressure cooker.
- Grind grated coconut, Dry red chilly and cumin seeds.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds, urad dal, chopped onion, asafoetida,and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Add chopped greens and salt.
- Close it with a lid. cook the greens in slow flame.
- When the greens is cooked add cooked tuvar dal and stir well.
- Then add ground items.
- Add little water and make semi liquid.
- Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Keerai kootu is ready.

- Grind the fried items with grated coconut, red chilly, and water.
- Heat oil Add mustard seeds and chopped onion. fry well.
- Add moong dal and water. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Add cabbage and ground masala items. Let it boil until it is thick.
- Cabbage masala kootu is ready.

- Tuvar dal       - 1/4 cup
- Green chilly   - 4
- Mustard seeds  - 1/4 tsp
- Asafoetida         - 1/4 tsp
- Oil for fry

- Cook tuvar dal in pressure cooker.
- Cook mango.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds, green chilly, and asafoetida. Fry well.
- Add tuvar dal, mango and salt.
- Allow it to Boil for 5 minutes.

METHOD :- Soak tamarind in water and extract pulp. keep aside.
- Cut brinjal into small pieces.
- Heat a oil, Add mustard seeds when it spluters.
- Add Urad dal, dry red chilly, green chilly, chopped onion, and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Add brinjal, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well
-  Pour tamarind extract.
- Cook in medium heat and stir in between.
- Brinjal kootu is ready.

- Urad dal + Tuvar dal + Moong dal (mixed)   - 1/2 cup

METHODS :- Cut vegetables into small pieces.
- Cook carrot & cauliflower.
- Cook all dals in pressure cooker.
- Heat a pan, add Coriander seeds, and cumin seeds. Fry till it turns into light brown color.
- Grind the fried items with grated coconut, green chillies, and water.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, chopped onion, and curry leaf. Fry well.
- Then add all vegetables and cooked dal. Stir well. 
- Add ground items, salt, and turmeric powder.
- Cook for 5 minutes till it becomes thick.
