Mushroom –Chicken Curry

 

INGREDIENTS :

• Chicken                     - ½ kg
• Capsicum                   - 150 g
• Mushroom                 - 100g
• Onion                        - 150 g
• Green chilly                - 4
• Pepper powder          - 2 tsp
• Ginger, garlic paste    - 1tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil for fry
• Coriander leaf

METHOD :

• Clean the chicken and cook separately.
• Heat oil add onion, capsicum, and chilly.
• Add ginger garlic paste, mushroom and pepper powder.
• Add chicken and salt. Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
• Garnish with coriander leaf.
