Keerai Soup



INGREDIENTS :

• Pasalai keerai ( chopped )
• Dry red chilly              - 2
• Garlic                         - 4
• Chopped onion           - ¼ cup
• Tomato                       - 2
• Graded coconut          - 4 tsp
• Coriander powder      - 1 tsp
• Red chilly powder      - 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder      - 1 tsp
• Gram powder           - 4 tsp
• Curry leaf
• Coriander leaf
• Salt to taste
• Oil for fry

METHOD :

• Heat oil add red chilly, garlic, chopped onion, tomato and graded coconut. Fry well.
• Add all powders, curry leaf, coriander leaf, and salt.
• Add 5 glass of water and keerai.
• Allow it to boil for 15 minutes.
• Keeerai soup is ready.
