Vegetable Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Dosa batter         - 2 cup
  • Idly Powder         - 5 tsp
  • Tomato                - 1
  • Carrot                  - 1
  • Beans                  - 2
  • Onion small         - 10
  • Green chilly        - 2
  • Curry leaf
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for fry
METHOD :
  • Take a bowl add batter, idly powder, all vegetables, Onion, chilly, curry leaf and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Heat a griddle with little oil.
  • Spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook on both the side.
