INGREDIENTS :
- Wheat flour - 2 cup
- Jaggery - 1 cup
- Raw rice flour - 1/4 cup
- Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Oil for fry
- Boil water add jaggery. Allow it to boil till jaggery is completely dissolved. then filter the jaggery syrup.
- Grind grated coconut.
- Once the jaggery syrup cool, add all flours and ground items. Mix well.
- Heat a pan with little oil.
- Spread the batter on pan, to make thin dosa.
- Cook on both the side.
