INGREDIENTS :
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Raw rice flour - 3 tsp
- Onion small - 5
- Green chily - 1
- Mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for fry
- Curry leaf
- Take a bowl add wheat flour, raw rice flour and salt . mix well.
- Heat oil add chopped onion, chily, mustard, urad dal, and curry leaf. fry well.
- Add the fried items into the batter and mix well.
- Heat a griddle with little oil.
- Spread a batter on pan to make thin dosa.
- Cook both the side.
