Masala Dosa

INGREDIENTS :
  • Dosa batter              - 2 cup   ( mavu )
MASALA FILLING :
  • Potato                 - 3
  • Tomato               - 1
  • Onion bella         -1
  • Green chily         - 3
  • Urad dal              - 1 tsp
  • Mustard              - 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaf
  • Coriander leaf
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
METHOD :
  • Heat a pan with little oil.
  • spread the batter on pan to make thin dosa.
  • Cook both the side.
MASALA FILLING :
  • Cook potato. Peel outer skin and cut into small pieces.
  • Heat oil add mustard, chopped onion, curryleaf, chilly, urad dal and tomato . Fry well.
  • Add coriander leaf, potato and salt. Mix well.
  • Add filling inside dosa and roll.
